This physical gift card will be shipped via mail. The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days. Standard shipping rates apply unless the minimum order value for free shipping is met.

Your Vibe Seoul gift card is valid for a full 3 years from the end of the year of issue. This gives the recipient plenty of time to choose the perfect experience.

The card can be redeemed for all products in our online shop. Any remaining balance will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases. The balance of this card does not accrue interest, and a cash payout of the (remaining) balance is legally excluded.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of this physical gift card within 14 days. Please note: If the card has already been (partially) redeemed within this period, the corresponding value will be deducted from the refund amount.

No discount codes or promotional offers can be applied to the purchase of the gift card itself. We assume no liability for the loss or theft of the physical card. For cross-border payments, the value of the card will be converted at the daily exchange rate upon redemption.
