Payment and Shipping The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions Deliveries are available both domestically and internationally.

Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)

  • Deliveries within Germany:

    • Standard shipping (1-3 business days): €4.99

    • FREE SHIPPING for orders over €49

  • International Deliveries:

    • Deliveries to selected EU countries: Standard shipping (3-5 business days): €7.99

    • FREE SHIPPING for orders of €69 or more

Delivery Times Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods are generally delivered within Germany within 1-3 days, and for international deliveries within 3-5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after receipt of your payment).

Orders received by 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next day. We do not ship on Saturdays. Orders received after Friday afternoon will be dispatched on Monday.

Please note that postal services do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays. These timeframes apply when payment is made immediately.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Payment Information When paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

Payment via Klarna Checkout In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

  • Klarna Invoice: Payable within 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are shipped and sent via email. You can find the invoice terms here.

  • Klarna Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95).   • Sofortüberweisung (Sofort transfer)

  • Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

  • Direct Debit
